See the Live Performances at the Esther’s Follies:

This place is located on the sixth street of the downtown of Austin. This is a Vaudeville genre of the theatres.  You can have the pleasure of live performances by a group of artists named on the fame of Esther Williams. The performances range from Singing, dancing, live music, magic shows, standup comedy, bottle juggling, and sketch on the current affairs of the world.

Admire the State Capitol:

This massive building which was built in the year eighteen eighty five is located in the heart of the Austin. This building was built in Italian Renaissance Revival architecture in an area of fifty one and a half acres. This building currently serves two offices, which are the Governor’s Office and the Texas Legislature Office. This 308 feet tall building is ideal to watch in the decorated night lights.

The Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum is located on the 1800 N Avenue of Austin. This museum got its name from the former lieutenant governor Bob Bullock, who was the man behind the evolution of this museum. This is an interactive museum of three floors with different themes and an IMAX theatre with 3d projectors.

Relax at the Zilker Park:

The Zilker park is located in the south of Austin and this park is spread over three fifty acres.  The park features the events like Zilker Park Kite Festival, Annual Rugby Tournament, the Ballet in the Park, Freedom Festival and Fireworks, the Austin Shakespeare Festival, the Barton Springs diving championship and the Annual Summer Musical.

Walk around in the Downtown:

Texas is known for its live music, street performances, street food and literal fun. Go around cycling or walking in the streets and join the crowds to grab most of the fun in Austin. This place is ideal to visit during the weekends and famous for the street shopping and the Central Market here offers a wide variety of shopping options and this place is famous for the Italian cheese.

Swim the warm Barton Springs Pool:

The Barton Springs Pool is located in the Zilker Park in Austin. This place is ideal for weekend getaways. This is an artificial spring pool but has the warm natural water that has been redirected from the Main Barton Spring which is the 4th largest spring of Texas

View the city from the Mount Bonnell:

This is the place which features the panoramic view of the Austin city and the historic Austin Lake from an elevation of seven hundred eighty feet. This place came into use from eighteen fifty and is visited by every tourist who steps in to Austin
